Can you see Mt. Hood from Council Crest?

Geez this one is too close to call. View from Council Crest Park toward Mt. Hood, which is *mostly* obscured by zillions of pillow fluffy clouds in a cheerful bright sky. HOWEVER a fringe of snow below the treeline is visible.
