Can you see Mt. Hood from Council Crest?

View from Council Crest Park toward Mt. Hood, which is hidden behind thick fog and a constant light rain. Despite the incredible level of dark+damp, it is not particularly cold, I am as wet from inside as outside. The photograph has been manipulated to darken shadows, to impart a sense of dank humidity.
