Can you see Mt. Hood from Council Crest?

View from Council Crest Park toward Mt. Hood, which is hidden behind mid-altitude stratus clouds. Weather is stereotypical midwinter stuff. Gray and damp but not especially rainy per se. In the foreground a bicycle leans against a low decorative stone wall. In the middle distance are a portapotty, a few park signs, and two park benches. To the right (south) of these things is a stand of tall Douglas firs, to the left (north) is a stand of bald deciduous trees, mostly alder and maple.
